Introduction to Yachting / Module 6: Introduction to International Maritime Law

It is vital that you know about the laws to abide by. The next module in this journey provides a legal overview, so you don’t find yourself in any trouble.

Maritime Law, also known as Admiralty Law, is a specialised body of regulations that governs your activities and conduct when at sea. It includes both national laws (created by countries) and international agreements that apply across borders.
